Double-layer fabric construction with Tergal and Koshivo
One of the distinctive features of this flamenco skirt with train is its double-layer fabric construction.
The inner layer is made from Tergal (67% polyester, 33% cotton), while the outer layer consists of Koshivo (100% polyester).
This combination creates a heavier, more voluminous skirt that differs significantly from lighter flamenco training skirts.
Elaborate ruffles with can-can fabric
The Bata de Cola features 4 ruffles at the front, 2 of which are visible, and 6 ruffles on the train, with 4 visible layers.
The bottom ruffle is made from stiff, gathered can-can fabric, helping to maintain the shape and volume of the train.
All ruffles are carefully finished with bias binding. The colour of the binding can be chosen independently of the skirt colour, allowing you to create harmonious colour combinations or striking contrasts.
