Payment options

We accept the following payment methods:

PayPal
Payment via your account with the online payment service.

Direct debit
Only within Germany! The invoice amount will be debited from your account after the shipment has left our premises. If a direct debit is cancelled, we will incur costs that we will have to charge you for.

Invoice
Only for regular customers – please contact us if necessary.

Prepayment and credit card
For payments from abroad.

Shipping and packaging
Within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €6.45 for shipping and packaging, €3.95 for small parcels.
For orders such as thin music books, the flat rate for shipping and packaging is only €2.45 or €3.95, depending on the number and size of the items.
